Registered Paediatric Nurse
- Job Summary:
Medical Centre, a premier hospital in Lusaka, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Paediatric Nurse to join our dynamic Nursing Team. This role is ideal for a professional nurse with expertise in providing high-quality care to infants, children, and young patients, supporting their families during critical stages of growth and development. - Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess the health status of paediatric patients.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and prescribed therapies.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate and support patients, guardians, and families on managing children's health.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in line with hospital standards.
- Ensure infection prevention and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions.
- Support paediatric outreach activities and health education initiatives as required.
