Job Requirements – Relationship Officer
Required Skills
- Minimum Diploma in Business Related field. ZAQA certification is a must.
- Knowledge of Bank of Zambia regulations.
- Experience in sales and credit analysis.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition – Conduct marketing activities aimed at growing the SME credit portfolio.
- Attract and inform potential and existing clients about products and services offered by the Bank to ensure target fulfilment.
- Monitor and enforce credit repayments.
Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: associate degree
