Job Requirements – Relationship Officer
Required Skills
- Minimum Diploma in Business Related field, ACCA, CIMA and ZICA Diploma equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years work experience the financial sector under sales or credit officer.
- Must know how to work with Excel, Power point and Word
- Must have ZAQA verified academic qualifications
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition – Conduct marketing activities aimed at growing the SME credit portfolio.
- Attract and inform potential and existing clients about products and services offered by the Bank to ensure target fulfilment.
- Monitor and enforce credit repayments.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: professional certificate
