The Authority intends to use Limited Selection Procurement Method for the requirement. The following insurance entities have been shortlisted to participate in the tender:

i. SES Global Health and Life Insurance;

ii. Liberty Life Insurance Zambia;

iii. Madison Life Insurance Company;

iv. Prudential Life Assurance;

V. ZSIC Life Insurance; and

vi. OneLife Assurance Zambia.

Submission Procedure

The bidders have been shortlisted on the basis of being the only available options for the requirements that are subject to supervision and regulation.

All proposals must be deposited into the Tender Box at the Reception of the Pensions and Insurance Authority, Stand No. 4618 Lubwa Road, Rhodes Park, Lusaka. The closing date for receipt of proposals is Thursday, 24th November, 2022 at 10:30 hours local time.
