Request for Proposals Consultancy Services for scoping and procurement of Document Management System for Banking Transactions at AB Bank

AB Bank produces over 2,000 paper documents monthly, amounting to 167,500 pages and currently stores in excess of 200,000 paper documents in our archives, amounting to an estimated 5,000,000 pages.

Objective

AB Bank needs support to select a paperless solution for its banking operations, including:

• All over-the-counter cash transactions (client cash deposits/withdrawals, cheque transactions, national payments and cashier reports).
• All middle-office transactions (Account opening documentation, loan documents including contracts, national and international transfers, Ria documentation, Tumba linking forms, E Agreement transaction vouchers).

 Qualification Requirements

• Proven track record of more than 10 years in similar projects involving implementation of electronic document management system for financial institutions, ideally microfinance institutions or retail banks.
• Minimum 15 completed similar projects with verifiable references in Africa, Asia or Latin America, out of which minimum 5 in Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Practical experience at senior position in the operation of Financial Service Providers (Banks, Telcos, FinTechs
