Great North Road Academy Group of Companies is inviting applications from suitably qualified, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Research Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting research activities across the Group of Companies, collecting and analysing data, administering surveys, and preparing reports that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities or duties
- Design, plan, and conduct research projects across the Group of Companies.
- Develop and administer questionnaires, surveys, interviews, and other data collection tools.
- Conduct field surveys and assessments within the Group's institutions.
- Collect, verify, organize, and maintain accurate research data.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and prepare reports with clear findings and recommendations.
- Present research findings to management and relevant departments.
- Monitor research timelines and ensure projects are completed within agreed schedules.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all research information.
- Assist departments in conducting customer satisfaction surveys, employee engagement surveys, market research, and operational assessments.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
Experience needed
- At least one (1) year of experience in research, data collection, monitoring and evaluation, or a similar role.
- Experience in conducting surveys and field research will be an added advantage.
