Trade Kings Limited is a leading manufacturer of quality detergents soaps, household products, dairy products and confectionery located in the Lusaka Light Industrial Area. In its quest to improve service delivery, the company seeks to recruit qualified, highly motivated and goal-oriented professional to fill the following positions.

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the already existing team in the Department of Research and Development in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct product development, packaging development trials, shelf life and studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and priorities.
• Design and execute experiments, simulations, and tests to gather data.
• Develop and test prototypes, models, and simulations.
• Refine and optimize product designs and processes.
• Generate innovative ideas and solutions to complex problems
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and trends.
• Communicate research findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and update documentation for new products and processes.

Key Skills & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Food Technology
• 2 years or more experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.]
