JOB DETAILS:
A reputable new restaurant in Kitwe is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you meet the qualifications below, we invite you to apply!

Requirements:
• Education:
o Grade 12 Certificate.
o Diploma in Food Production and Hotel Management or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Skills:
o Proficient in computer applications.
o Knowledge of POS systems.
o Knowledge of accounting is an added advantage.
• Other: A valid driving license is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent service.
• Manage budgets, financial records, and reporting.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
