JOB DETAILS:

Are you passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment? We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help ensure smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and a motivated staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
• Ensure high standards of customer service, hygiene, and food quality
• Train, schedule, and monitor performance of staff
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Assist in stock control and inventory management
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support the Restaurant Manager in planning and execution of services

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of food safety standards
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays
