Restaurant waiter/waitress

Number of Vacancies: 3 (1 male, 2 females)

Work Location: Lusaka

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide restaurant customers to their seats.
• Provide services such as taking orders, serving dishes, and refilling water.
• Be familiar with the restaurant menu and dish specialties, and be able to introduce and recommend them to customers.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment, and promptly tidy tables and tableware.
• Handle reasonable customer requests and provide a high-quality service experience.
• Assist with cashier and checkout tasks.
• Maintain good communication with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Age 18-20, any gender (this recruitment: 1 male, 2 females).
• High school diploma or above.
• Basic communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
• Presentable appearance, good health, proactive work attitude.
• Strong service awareness and sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit.
• Experience in restaurant service, hotel service, or customer service is preferred.
• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
