JOB DETAILS:
Purpose
To assist business with technical aspects of their revenue assurance initiatives, focus on minimizing the risk that cause revenue leakage To oversee and ensure that all revenue is accurately being billed to the customers and the billing governance function ensuring that all outsourced billing is produced timely and accurately

Experience and qualifications
Minimum Qualification – Relevant Degree
Preferred Qualification – Relevant Post Graduate in Technology or Actuarial Science
Experience – 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level

Responsibilities
• Deliver and manage service level agreements
• Manage team performance in achievement of business objectives
• Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
• Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
• Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
• Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards
• Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
• Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialisation
• Actively coach team through providing advice about subject matter, solutions, principles and processes, and personal progression with the aim to improve performance
