Job description
• Responsible for ensuring that all corporate processes and procedures comply with the law.
• Responsible for ensuring that company operations comply with internal standards.
• Ensure that the company stays abreast of regulatory standards and fulfills the role of an in-house expert, keeping an eye on all developments and ensuring that compliance processes are fully implemented
• Coordinate with any certification audits as well as any
• Responsible for Risk and Assurance role for the company
• Safety Assurance – ensure safety standards are adhered to
• Operations – Internal compliance, Legal and Regulatory compliance
• Audits and Assurance
• Customer Relations – maintain and enhance customer relations
• Administration – reporting and general administration
• Manage team performance

Candidate Specification
• Experience: 5 years plus
• Education Level: Degree
• Qualifications: Legal /Business/Commerce/ Finance Degree/CIA; Masters in Legal (ideal)
• Software: MS Office
• Knowledge Of: Business knowledge and Regulation knowledge
• Skills To: Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
• Ability To: Manage and priorities work
• Other Requirements: Valid Drivers License
