Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Road Manager to oversee the construction and maintenance of road infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing road projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage road construction and maintenance projects
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
– Coordinate with contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders
– Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
– Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals
Requirements:
– Degree in Civil Engineering, 10 years plus experience in Construction Management, or related field
– Proven experience in road construction management
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
