JOB DETAILS:
JOB OPPORTUNITY – ROLLER MAN (MILLING PLANT)
Kings Chemicals Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Roller Man to join our milling plant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of roller mills, ensuring optimal production output, and maintaining product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor roller mills to ensure efficient milling operations.
• Adjust roller settings and flow rates to maintain desired product specifications.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of roller mills and related equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the milling area.
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
• Work collaboratively with other production team members to maximize plant efficiency.
• Keep accurate records of production data, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
• Report any mechanical issues or production inefficiencies to the maintenance team.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Certificate or Diploma in Milling Technology or a related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a milling plant.
• Strong understanding of roller mill operations and grain processing.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety regulations in food processing.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team.
