Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage customer relationships and acquisition of new clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and marketing performance analyses.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue growth objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate or General Certificate of Education Equivalent.
• Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar industry.
• Computer literacy (Office Suite)
• A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
