DS Solar, a leading provider of solar power solutions across Zambia, is looking to recruit motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our growing team across all branches.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Actively prospect for new customers within the branch locality

Conduct outdoor and field sales activities, including door-to-door and point-of-sale marketing

Promote and sell DS Solar products and solutions

Educate customers on solar solutions and benefits

Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients

Achieve set sales targets and submit regular sales activity reports

Represent DS Solar professionally at all times

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the local area and market is an advantage

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and marketing (solar or related industry is an added advantage)
• Grade 12 certificate
