Short Description
Nchitonet Recruitment is seeking for self motivated Sales Agent for a Logistic Company specializing in Motor Bike Delivery Courier Business. This is a commission-based job opportunity that offers a chance to grow with a new company in the Logistic and Technology industry, along with training in sales and logistic skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive sales and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand and promote the company’s services and value proposition.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide feedback from clients to enhance service delivery.
- Attend training sessions to improve sales and logistic skills.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Experience Required
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience in the logistics or courier industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
