JOB DETAILS:
o Regular Farm visits in Central (Mkushi and Mpongwe) and Northern (Kasama, Senga Hills & Mbala) provinces.
o Coordinate annual sales for both Commercial and small holder farmers.
o Assist in input deliveries.
o Monitor farmers’ trends.
o Monitor competitors’ trends.
o Work with out-growers for beans.
o Work with out-growers for avocados.
o Prepare growing guides for the all necessary crops.
PREREQUISITES FOR SELECTION
o Candidates with a relevant agricultural qualification.
o Candidates biased towards soil science know how.
o Candidates biased towards crop nutrition.
o Candidates with crop protection knowledge.
o Candidates with knowledge of extension services.
o Driving license is a must
Job Experience: No Requirements
Work Hours: 8
Level of Education: Professional Certificate
