JOB DETAILS:

To provide excellent customer service, drive sales, and promote the fashion brand by assisting clients, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting products according to their needs and style preferences
• Provide detailed product information, including fabric types, sizes, and care instructions.
• Process cash and card payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist in visual merchandising by arranging products attractively.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the manager when replenishment is needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and exchanges professionally.
• Support in marketing activities such as promotions, social media content, and in-store events.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and in line with brand image.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Grade 12 School Certificate; Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Fashion is an added advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of retail sales experience (preferably in clothing, fashion, or accessories).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good sense of style and awareness of fashion trends
• Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
