Job Summary:
Venture Communication is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Assistant to support our growing construction and telecommunications business. The ideal candidate will assist in driving sales, engaging clients, and promoting our services, including construction solutions and telecom products.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in construction and telecommunications
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and tender documents
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct follow-ups on leads and ongoing projects
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports
- Assist in marketing and promoting company services
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- Diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in sales within construction or telecommunications is an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand technical products and services
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
