Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our swimming pool services, including construction, maintenance, cleaning, and related solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional markets
  • Promote and sell swimming pool construction, maintenance, and cleaning services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and client consultations to understand customer needs
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Full Grade 12 Certificate
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–5 years experience in sales (experience in construction or pool services is an added advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license (added advantage)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Professionalism and integrity
