Firebrand Spirits is hiring a high-performance Sales Manager to drive rapid growth of a premium vodka brand. This role suits a confident closer with a strong industry network and the presence to influence buyers and decision-makers.

What You Will Do

  • Win new clients and aggressively grow sales in Lusaka and key markets
  • Secure consistent weekly/monthly pre-orders
  • Expand product visibility and placement in high-value outlets
  • Aggressively network and make contacts within bar, club, hotel, restaurant industry to open doors and push volume
  • Build repeat business and long-term customer relationships

Who You Are

  • Minimum 3 years proven sales success
  • Strong closer with a track record of hitting targets
  • Energetic, persuasive communicator with strong presence
  • Self-driven and results-focused
  • Skilled negotiator, able to work independently
  • Mature, professional, and reliable
