Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the technology and ICT sector.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Work collaboratively with the technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company standards.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Use CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) to manage leads, pipeline, and performance tracking.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Represent Hyperlabs at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales within a tech or ICT-focused environment.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of IT products, digital platforms, or software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Zambia.
