Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the technology and ICT sector.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
- Work collaboratively with the technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company standards.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Use CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) to manage leads, pipeline, and performance tracking.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Represent Hyperlabs at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales within a tech or ICT-focused environment.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of IT products, digital platforms, or software solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Zambia.
