Job Summary:

Camco Motors Zambia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of motor vehicles, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers to present Camco Motors’ vehicle offerings.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, explaining features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and process customer documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, pricing, and promotions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through follow-ups and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the automotive industry (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
