Job Description:
The company is seeking two dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join their team, one based in Lusaka and one in Kitwe. These roles are pivotal in driving their vehicle rental business, expanding our client base, and ensuring maximized fleet utilization in their respective regions. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales and a strong commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the designated region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships specific to the Lusaka or Kitwe market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners within the assigned location.
• Conduct localized market research to identify regional trends and opportunities.
Client Management:
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business within the region.
• Handle client inquiries, provide accurate quotations, and efficiently close sales.
• Negotiate favorable rental terms and conditions with clients.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, specific to the region.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to inform strategic business decisions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven 3-4 years experience in sales, preferably within the car rental industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, either Lusaka or Kitwe.
