Background

A leading distributor of lubricants and fuel products is expanding its team in Zambia. VAIMA Talent Management Centre is recruiting suitably qualified and motivated professionals to fill the following permanent positions.

Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will drive sales and marketing of the company's product range, grow and service the customer base, and identify new business opportunities within the assigned region.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' sales experience, of which proven experience in the Oil Marketing Company (OMC) - fuels and lubricants - industry is essential.
• Full Grade 12 Certificate with at least 5 O-Levels, including Mathematics and English.
• Valid Class B driver's licence, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Successful candidates must be available to commence employment on 1 August 2026.
