We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Software Solutions Sales Intern to support our sales team in identifying business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and promoting our software solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and technology-driven solution selling.

Responsibilities or duties

Support the sales team in lead generation and qualification activities

Participate in client outreach through emails, calls, and networking platforms

Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations

Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system

Attend sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions

Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends

Provide administrative support to the sales and business development team

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

Strong interest in sales, technology, and software solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of software products and IT solutions is an added advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work collaboratively
