Position: Sales Manager

Requirements

• Proven minimum of three years experience in Sales and Marketing Management with a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and improve team performance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in electronics, home appliances, or furniture retail is an advantage.
• Computer literacy and report-writing skills.
