JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and lead the charge in driving growth across expanding markets.
As a Sales Manager, you will:
• Develop and execute winning sales strategies
• Lead a high-performing sales team with clear goals and KPIs
• Build strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Drive business development through customer acquisition and retention
• Provide regular performance insights to senior management
What we’re looking for:
•3+ years of sales experience (preferably in fintech, banking, or tech)
•Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
•Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
•Knowledge of fintech products and services is a plus
