Kleartech Solutions is a leading EdTech company in Zambia, specialising in school management software, ERP solutions, digital platforms, and customised technology services. We are looking for a driven and professional Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, education systems, and business development.
? Mandatory Requirement
The candidate MUST have their own car.
This is essential for conducting client visits, demos, and field sales activities.
? Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the education sector and related markets.
- Promote Kleartech’s school management software and other digital solutions.
- Conduct product demos and presentations for school administrators and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
- Collaborate with the technical team to customise solutions based on school needs.
✅ Requirements
- Must own a personal car (strict requirement).
- Experience in sales, marketing, or account management—preferably in tech, EdTech, or software solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the education sector is an added advantage.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work with minimal supervision.
- Tech-savvy, proactive, and motivated to drive growth.
