Job Summary:
Sales and Marketing Executives are responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services. They act as a bridge between the company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and market trends.
  • Coordinate marketing activities (e.g., digital campaigns, events, cold calling).
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Provide after-sales support and gather customer feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Marketing Executive.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
