Job Opening: Sales & Marketing Manager
Weaverbird Group is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales & Marketing Manager to support our growing portfolio in the building and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
- Lead marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across Zambia’s building and industrial markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to support expansion
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong background in sales and marketing management.
- Proven experience working with ABE, SIKA, or BASF products.
- Deep familiarity with Zambia’s building and industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
- 2-5years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction or chemical industries.
