Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive, data-backed marketing and sales plans that align with our overall business objectives.
• Product Promotion: Create engaging marketing campaigns and promotional materials to increase brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
• Sales Execution: Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and meeting or exceeding established sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and gathering feedback.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales metrics and campaign performance, providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related commercial role.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret market trends and consumer data to make informed strategic decisions.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with persuasive presentation abilities.
• Tech Savviness: Proficiency with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and data analytics.
