VACANCY: SALES & MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE (SALES DRIVER)

​Location: Lusaka-based (with provincial travel)

Industry: Automotive Lubricants & Engine Oils

​Our company is seeking a trustworthy, energetic, and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to lead our "Route-to-Market" strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within Lusaka and expanding our footprint into outer-city markets.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Education: Minimum Grade 12 Certificate. A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing is highly preferred.

Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License (Class C1 or equivalent) and be comfortable driving a light truck or Van.

Experience: Proven track record in marketing and sales. Experience in the lubricant, spare parts, or FMCG sector is a major advantage.

Core Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, ability to hit targets, and excellent territory management.

Requirements for Integrity

Honesty: Must have an impeccable record of handling stock and cash.

References: Must provide at least three strong professional references from previous employers (including contact details).

Primary Responsibilities

Aggressively market and sell our range of lubricants and engine oils to retailers, workshops, and depots.

Operate the company delivery vehicle to transport and distribute products.

Manage customer accounts, collect payments, and provide daily sales reports.

Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities outside of Lusaka.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude toward hitting sales targets.
