We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and results-driven Sales Operations Specialist to support the growth and performance of our sales agent network in Zambia. In this role, you will be at the centre of fieldforce operations, sales enablement, and performance support, helping ensure our sales teams are recruited, equipped, motivated, and supported to deliver strong results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment, screening, onboarding, and training of sales agents to build a high-performing fieldforce
- Maintain and update fieldforce documentation and playbooks
- Ensure CRM and user systems are accurate and up to date
- Resolve agent operational issues and support requests promptly
- Provide coaching and fieldforce guidance to maximise agent performance
- Oversee contractor payments, bonuses, and reward distribution
- Coordinate operational logistics to support smooth field execution
- Work closely with marketing, finance, operations, and the call centre team to improve lead closure, collections, visibility, and execution
- Provide regular reports, market intelligence, and competitor feedback to support decision-making
Requirements
- Experience in sales enablement, field operations, or fieldforce management
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, lead management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
