• Promote and sell automotive spare parts and related products.
• Identify and develop new customers while maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products, availability, and pricing.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation.
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Follow up on customer orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Work with the warehouse and management teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.
• Maintain excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

• Good computer skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
• Must be hardworking, confident, honest, target-oriented, and able to work with minimum supervision

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Previous experience working with Chinese companies, particularly in the heavy truck industry, will be an added advantage.
• A valid driver’s license is required, with the ability and willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive spare-parts and heavy-duty truck industry, is an advantage.
