A growing plastic packaging manufacturing company is inviting applications from energetic, self-driven and results-oriented individuals to fill the position of Sales Representatives.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales and developing new business across multiple sectors including FMCG, Mining, Industry, Commerce, Health, and Education. The ideal candidates should have strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, and the drive to build long-term customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across target sectors.
  • Sell a wide range of plastic packaging products including:
    • Courier Bags
    • Refuse and Bin Liners
    • Industrial Packaging
    • Medical and Pharmaceutical Packaging Bags
    • Educational Packaging Solutions (including Examination Security Bags)
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with corporate and institutional customers.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations and product promotions.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up leads and close sales.
  • Achieve consistent sales growth and meet agreed targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reporting.

  • FMCG Manufacturers and Distributors
  • Mining Companies and Suppliers
  • Industrial and Manufacturing Firms
  • Commercial Wholesalers and Retailers
  • Hospitals, Clinics and Pharmaceutical Distributors

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (packaging, FMCG, mining supply, medical or industrial sectors an advantage).
  • Strong existing client base will be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Target-driven with a strong results orientation.
  • Valid driver's licence preferred.
  • Knowledge of plastic packaging products will be an added advantage.
