• Pitch and sell exclusive luxury residential plots to high-net-worth clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and real estate networks.
• Conduct site tours and present the vision, layout, and amenities of Lifestyle Village.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from initial lead generation to closing deals.

• Proven experience in real estate sales, luxury services, or high-value sales.

• Strong network or ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals.
