JOB DETAILS:

Nkhuni Farm, a growing poultry farm specializing in fresh table eggs, is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves not only sales and customer management but also supporting the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage a customer base of retailers, restaurants, butcheries, and processors.
2. Identify new business opportunities and meet agreed sales targets.
3. Accompany the driver during egg deliveries to customers.
4. Prepare and issue necessary paperwork for each delivery (invoices, delivery notes, receipts).
5. Ensure all customer orders are properly fulfilled and queries addressed on time.
6. Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular sales feedback/reports.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
At least 2 years’ sales experience, preferably in FMCG, agriculture, or food distribution.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle paperwork accurately and with attention to detail.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
