SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Solwezi, Zambia

We invite applications from suitably qualified members of the public to fill the position of Sales Representative at our Solwezi Branch.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain positive business relationships with customers to maximise sales at the front office.
• Sell products and services to prospective customers using positive and persuasive communication.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is upheld on a daily basis.
• Present, promote, and sell products or services to new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support business growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must have a Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent.
• A qualification in Sales will be an added advantage.
• At least 2 years’ experience in the same or a related field is an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Must be computer literate.
