WE’RE HIRING: SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Are you driven, persuasive, and passionate about building relationships? Vaimar Farms Limited is looking for a results-oriented Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and strengthen our presence in the agricultural market starting with egg distribution and expanding into broader agribusiness opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new customers (retailers, wholesalers, and institutions)
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide regular sales reports and feedback

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales (agriculture experience is an added advantage)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)
