JOB DETAILS:
Background information about the job or company:
We are currently looking to hire 4 sales representatives in Kitwe. Salary ranges from ZMW 3,000 to ZMW 4,000 per year plus commission. Location preference for Kitwe based residents only.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new client relationships within target markets
- Understand client needs and tailor product offerings accordingly
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales (3 years or more), preferably in branding, signage, or related industries
- Strong understanding of branding and promotional products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
