Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee and guide our sales team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, training and managing sales representatives, and ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and coaching to team members.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
- Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team members’ product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and individual achievement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on team performance and market trends.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer issues and concerns, providing solutions where necessary.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration/Sales and Marketing
- Proven experience in a sales supervisory or leadership role, preferably in micro-lending or financial services.
- Strong understanding of civil servant, private sector and security based advances
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
