JOB DETAILS:
We are a small, home based business team of 3 in need of extra assistance in customer service.
We offer short online courses and training to small business owners.
We are based in Woodlands extension in Lusaka.
We need a tech savvy intern who is passionate about marketing and helping small businesses to thrive.

Here is the main role of the intern:
• Respond to customer inquiries on Social Media Platforms.
• Setup appointments with the consultant.
• Call customers who have purchased before and understand their requirements.
• Upsell other offers.
• Coordinate delivery of books or courses purchased.

Qualifications:
• Good phone etiquette
• Ability to make several phone calls every day
• Interest in sales and marketing
• Tech savvy
• Computer Literacy
• Added Advantage:
• Call center handling ability or interest
• I.T or computer programming knowledge
• Compensation.

This position does not come with a salary.
However, it comes with an allowance and commission on all closed sales.
