The Role:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. You will play a key role in driving our growth by identifying opportunities, connecting with potential clients, supporting marketing campaigns, and building our brand presence both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Functions

  •  Identify and engage prospective clients through research, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, product demos, and sales pitches
  • Assist in setting, tracking, and achieving sales targets
  • Manage follow-ups, close deals, and deliver outstanding customer support
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports

2. Marketing Functions

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Create and schedule content for social media, email newsletters, and promotional platforms
  • Support website optimization and SEO efforts
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategy
  • Contribute to the development of brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Help coordinate events, workshops, exhibitions, and trade shows
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role (professional services industry is a plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity, initiative, and a passion for connecting with people
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, SEO tools, or CRM software is an advantage
