Darkat Media is a fast-growing corporate media and live-streaming company in Zambia, specializing in Live Streaming, Corporate Content Creation, and Corporate Documentaries. We work with corporates, institutions, NGOs, and sports organizations to deliver high-impact visual storytelling.

Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our client base, drive revenue, and position Darkat Media as the preferred corporate media partner in Zambia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Sell media services, including live streaming, video production, and corporate documentaries
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals
• Follow up on leads and close sales deals
• Work closely with the production team to align client needs with delivery
• Support marketing initiatives (campaigns, promotions, partnerships)
• Maintain sales records and provide regular performance reports

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing (media/creative industry is an advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
• Self-motivated, confident, and professional
• Basic understanding of digital media and video production is an added advantage
