SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
HiPe Computer Systems Limited is an IT Supplies and Solutions provider located in Lusaka. We are looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing executive to join our fast growing company. If you are an enthusiastic and proactive marketer and meet the requirements below, we are looking for you!
Job description
- Implement strategies to promote products and services
- Identify and target potential clients and close sales
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Utilize social media to engage with potential customers
- Truck and analyse sales performance
- Provide timely reports, updates and forecasts to management on sales activities, market trends and customer feedback
- Able to turn prospective leads into closed sales
- Experience or knowledge in the IT industry is an added advantage
Personal Attributes
- Self-starter, Punctual, Motivated and Smart
- Customer Oriented, Friendly, Honest, and Reliable
- Outstanding selling and negotiating skills
- Exceptional Customer service skills and excellent Telephone etiquette
- Fluency in English is a must and excellent email communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Business, Sales or Marketing field (mandatory)
- 1 to 2 Years proven minimum work experience in Sales and Marketing field
- Willingness to boldly pursue opportunities and knock on doors for the companies
- Knowledge in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
