Job Purpose
The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving land sales, generating qualified leads, managing client relationships, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the company’s real estate offerings. The role requires a proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused professional capable of increasing revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility for Neohive Properties Limited.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for land sales and property investments.
- Generate leads through direct marketing, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close transactions professionally and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners.
- Maintain an updated database of prospects, clients, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding land ownership, pricing, documentation, and payment plans.
- Coordinate with legal and conveyancing teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote company properties and land offerings.
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
- Organize property exhibitions, roadshows, activations, and promotional events.
- Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand image in the market.
- Collaborate with media partners and advertising agencies for effective campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance and ROI.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate or property sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management is an addedadvantage.
- Knowledge of land acquisition processes and property documentation in Zambia will be an added advantage.
