Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our range of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ICT and building technology space
- Promote and sell company products and services (CCTV, access control, BMS, networking, etc.)
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, ICT, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in sales and marketing (preferably in ICT or security systems)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of technology solutions (an added advantage)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage

- Ability to close deals and drive revenue
- High level of professionalism and integrity
