Sales Support:
Generating sales leads.
Identifying and researching potential clients and partners.
Responding to customer inquiries.

Social Media Management:
Creating, scheduling, and managing social media and website content.
Engaging with followers and growing the online community.
Tracking social media/website metrics and generating reports.
Marketing Campaigns:
Assisting in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
Contributing to the design and distribution of marketing materials.
Tracking campaign performance and suggesting improvements.
Customer Relationship Management:
Providing customer service via email, phone, and in person.
Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
Maintaining and updating client databases and CRM systems.
Nurturing customer relationships.
. Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Degree is an advantage).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to track and analyze performance metrics.
Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools (a plus).
